Today Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increasingly importantCSR aims to ensure that companies conduct their business in a way that is ethical. This means taking account of their social, economic and environmental impact, and consideration of human rights

Ellanstone is committed to contributing to this ethic and more importantly to ensure that its clients also recognise the importance of CSR as well as diversity and inclusion. CSR is important to employers and employees a like as more and more companies ensure that they are seen to comply, and employees also take into consideration the ethics of the company.

The emphasis on equality, diversity and inclusion means that businesses need to look at how they can offer these concepts to their environment, stakeholders, employees and their community 

 

Our team members often work with communities on a pro-bono basis. For example on the Isle of Man we work with companies to help and support their initiatives re CSR, Diversity and Inclusion. We provide judges for The Annual Responsible Business Awards and support charities who target diversity and inclusion.
